Minimum wages in changing labour markets - Mindestlöhne in sich verändernden Arbeitsmärkten
The workshop focused on current research on the effects of minimum wages in changing labor markets with increasing labor shortages.
Findings from Germany and other EU member states, the US, and the UK were examined.
The event kicked off with a keynote speech by renowned minimum wage researcher Stephen Machin, Professor and Director at the Centre for Economic Performance, London School of Economics and Political Science. Prof. Dr. Christian Dustmann, Professor and Director at the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration, University College London, and Director of the Rockwool Foundation Berlin, was invited to give a keynote speech on the second day of the workshop.
