Information on data protection and the processing of your personal data

Your personal data will be processed by us only to fulfil and/or to answer your:

It is necessary that you provide your data so that we can fulfil and/or respond to your request. You provide your data on a voluntary basis. Your data is transmitted online without encryption.

Pursuant to Article 16 et seq. GDPR, you have the right to request the rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data (blocking for specific purposes) from the Coordination and Information Office of the Minimum Wage Commission at any time.

You will be charged no fees other than the postage costs or the delivery costs in accordance with the current prices. Should you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be erased immediately after receipt of your withdrawal notice. A withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data up until the time of the withdrawal.

Should you believe that Coordination and Information Office of the Minimum Wage Commission is not processing your data in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions, you have the right to contact the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information at Graurheindorfer Str. 153, D-53117 Bonn.
