Fourth decision and evaluation report 

On 26 June 2023, the Minimum Wage Commission published its fourth decision on uprating the statutory minimum wage and presented the fourth evaluation report on the impact of the statutory minimum wage.

The statutory minimum wage is to rise to € 12.41 (gross) per hour from 1 January 2024 and to € 12.84 from 1 January 2025.

Third decision and evaluation report

On 30 June 2020, the Minimum Wage Commission published its third decision on uprating the statutory minimum wage and presented the third evaluation report on the impact of the statutory minimum wage. The statutory minimum wage is to rise to € 9.50 (gross) per hour from 1 January 2021 and to € 9.60 from 1 July 2021. In 2022 the statutory minimum wage is to rise to € 9.82 from 1 January 2022 and to € 10.45 from 1 July 2022.

Second decision and evaluation report

On 26 June 2018, the Minimum Wage Commission published its second decision on uprating the statutory minimum wage and presented the second evaluation report on the impact of the statutory minimum wage. The statutory minimum wage is to rise to € 9.19 (gross) per hour from 1 January 2019 and to € 9.35 (gross) per hour from 1 January 2020.

On 28 June 2016, the Minimum Wage Commission published its first decision on uprating the statutory minimum wage and presented the first evaluation report on the impact of the statutory minimum wage. The statutory minimum wage is to rise to €8.84 (gross) per hour from 1 January 2017.
